About Us

As our cities have evolved and become increasingly active, Taiwan's banquet culture has gradually faded. The typical roadside spaces used for Pantoh banquets are no more. Restaurateur Chris created the Pantoh Academy—a fixed space—to save the culture and cuisine of these banquets from extinction. We are delighted for you to come and share the banquet experience with us.

House

of Together

Of chief importance to banquet culture is the designation of the host. The host welcomes guests to share life's significant moments, such as birth, birthdays, and buying a house. The Pantoh banquet culture involves more than delicious food; every ingredient comes from genuine sincerity and is an expression of the host's gratitude toward their guests. The merging of memorable, delicious food and gratitude are the core concepts of banquet culture.

We enthusiastically seek to provide a platform for younger generations to experience banquet culture. Only through experience, can we comprehend the beauty of the Pantoh banquet and unlock the endless possibilities for its future.
